I always sleep at 5am and use phone till night will I get cancer or it increase risk my age is 16 will it increase risk in future or I will develop cancer now I am afraid but still I love to sleep at 5am

No.but you have back pain problem,cervical spondylitis etc.may occure in future due to prolonged screening. Better if you sleep on time and take proper rest.also headache is more common.
