Sometimes...Escitalopram can cause dryness of mucus membranes in few individuals.
So there can be a chance of itching in your case.
But still it needs to be ruled out with proper consultation and history.
Anyway... Allopathic medicines will always cause few side effects and addiction in terms of psychiatric medicines.
Mild depression can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects.
You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

First of all we need to analyse the reason of depression and it's intensity......And there is no connection of veginal itching with the depression ......Medicines may have side effects but your problem seems to be more psychological not medical......Contact psychologist...
Thank you for sharing your concerns. Vaginal itching can have multiple causes, including infections, hormonal changes, skin sensitivity, stress, or psychosomatic factors. While escitalopram is not a common direct cause of vaginal itching, stress, anxiety, and depression can sometimes worsen physical symptoms or delay healing.
Since you have already consulted a gynecologist and taken medical treatment without much relief, counseling can be helpful. Psychological stress, anxiety, or unresolved emotional distress can sometimes manifest as physical discomfort.
Next Steps
Through counseling, we can:
Address stress and anxiety related to your health
Work on coping strategies for ongoing discomfort
Support your mental well-being alongside medical treatment
Improve overall mind–body balance
Health Tips
Counseling should be taken from a qualified psychologist or mental health counselor. It can be done online or offline, depending on your comfort. Counseling does not replace medical treatment but works alongside it for better recovery.
If you wish, we can begin counseling sessions and take this forward step by step.
