I'm 22 yrs old. My height is 5'2. I want 2-3 inches more. Actually I am into sedentary job, suggest some way to add 2 more inches. My younger brother height is 5'4.5. Is swimming helpful for me?

nw as ur bone wud hv fused with growth plate the height is nt possible to increase. dont get trapped in various claims n drugs u get from anauthetic persons who promise u with guarantee to increase ur height n all n deceive u on ur weakness.again drugs hv enormous side effect with no desired effect. it depnds on genetic make up..dont compare it with ur brother. though there is a orthopedic surgery" ilizarov technique "which r being used to increase height ..its a painful n costly process.u cn read abot this on google n check out on youtube hw it works
