Calc fluor 6x 4times this is general medicine.  But to find exact similimun I request you to give more details . Like when does pain gets worse like morning on waking , first motion, walking,  rest etc? How do you get relief like continous motion,  rest, walking? Hot or cold application give relief?

It is inflammation of the tendon actually the pain may be due to calcaneal spur in homoeopathy we have good scope u wants to take treatment please feel free to consult me .we have lot remedies which works on tendons but after individualising we will select the remedy.
