Heel pain near arch
Hi.. since few months I am suffering from heel pain near arch.
Actually i first encountered it when I used to ride my bike to office which was 25 km away from my home. I had this problem in my left heel only because this is the side where bike gear are placed.
Few months later I started going to a nearby office. So initially I thought that it would get healed automatically after sometime. But it is not healed yet.
The day I walk more, it pains more.
Today when I googled about it, I came to know about sore heel problem and its home care remedies. So I had a cool compress as well. But I am not sure if it is the solution to the problem.
Can someone please guide me to get rid of my pain.
