Hey Everyone! I am 22 years old . My Height is 5'4" And weight is 56kg . I want to loose fat from My belly and breast areas specially . Because I am suffering from a heavy upper body which is creating problems like Neck pain and shoulder pain sometimes. I eat healthy most of the Times i am also doing excecise once in a day. My target weight is 47 . I can do gym if any nutritionist will make a diet and exercise chart for me and suggest me what to do!
Basically I am a student so I have to sit most of the time like min 10hrs . Please if Anyone can help me in this case then let me know!!!
