Heavy throat ..tb or post covid

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have heavy throat at night and dry cough in past 2 Month back i have covid...after recovered still dry cough.. recently i have treated with ethmoid sinusitis antibiotics like lefox 500mg for 10days ... after week but now i feel heavy throat and dry cough still..it is TB symptoms or allergies.. because my drycough is not going more than 2 month's
