Heavy menstural bleeding

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Sir recently I have don't my scan pelvis,on the report I found 18.8mm thickness of endometrium,and also found small fibroid present in the out side wall of the uterus left side.sir please tell me may I get pregnancy ??
