Heavy menstural bleeding
Dear doctor, I am 36,my periods prolonged for more than 15 days.my doctor prescribed dronis 30 I took for three months December 16 the dose  completed Dec 21 had my periods ended Dec 23. After that 28days no bleeding everything was normal..Jan 17 next cycle started..today Jan 19 third day still having bleeding.I always have only for two days ..my doctor ask me to continue dronis again...my ultrasound scan is very normal..no cyst no pcos.why one month it was normal again problem starting..I am scared..I am scared of hormone tablets.one mistake I did is had sesame seed on Jan 16 is that the cause or stress..pls help

Yes stress and lifestyle changes can cause changes in menstrual cycles. You can bleed upto 5 to 7days , that's normal. If your scans are fine,  no need to repeat dronis again.
Next Steps
would need to follow upon  thyroid levels if episodes repeat.
