Heavy hairfall

Hi I am 21 years old and having heavy hairfall from past 3 4 months along with split ends, rough hairs and hair breakage. I dont have any major disease, although i have been through a minor implant surgery for my teeth. Please gyide me as i have lost volume of my hair considerably.
