I've a soft and silky hair. Hair loss was started for me at age of 17. But at that time it stopped after some loss. But again started since 2 years. Need to know what oil to be applied and what shampoo to be used to stop the hair fall and to start hair growth. And also if any other suggestion for hair re-growth

Hair fall can be because of various reasons like stress, incomplete sleep, inappropriate diet, infections, medical illness etc. Coconut hair oil is fine , twice a week application is sufficient. Do not use very harsh shampoos and alot of shampoo. kindly get your examination done and start with proper treatment for hair fall before it's too late.
