Heavy hair fall from past month

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 28 yrs old lady and married, I have one girl child about 2.5yrs old. From last 3 months I am suffering from irregular menstrual problem, every months its delayed about 10 to 15 days. And from last months I am suffering heavy hair fall. And some times i have headache on my top side of my head(skull). I am little bit nervous. Please advice.

There is absolutely no need to be nervous.You should get your haemoglobin and thyroid levels checked as this could be one reason behind your hair loss.For your irregular periods you should consult a gynaecologist.Its better if you avoid stress.
