I took mifigest 1 month ago and its my mc time right now But there is no bleeding only clots are passed that too when i go to toile with access abdominal cramps

If you are having heavy bleeding and pain after a medical abortion it could be due to retained product of conception or incomplete abortion. Get an ultrasound pelvis done and consult a gynaecologist
