A few years back, i observed abnormal growth and pain in my breast. In consultation, i was diagnosed with Fibroadenosis.
Later on i started its treatment to dissolve the lumps but the size of my breast kept growing. Now the number of lumps in my breast has reduced but my breast size kept increasing. I'm also suffering from hypothyroidism.
My breast is too heavy now and it looks too bad whenever i wear something good and i have to face a lot of embarrassment too . I'm gaining weight also.
What should be done for reducing my breast size?

As you are suffering from hypothyroidism, you may put on weight
U can get the thyroid profile done and see if it is in normal value...if not we should adjust the dose accordingly.
If thats the problem,it will get better within 3mnths and the body weight also reduces
Just prefer healthy diet and avoid food like soya, cauliflower, cabbage(brassicae family food-search on google)
And exercise - prefer weight training+cardio
Reduction in overall weight=reduction in breast size too
U can consult me for further details
There are surgery options too if the issue is too concerning.
Hope this helps
Breasts are mainly composed of fat tissue
Considering you also have hypothyroidism and considering the increase in weight.... This might be the reason behind the growth of the breast size
I would suggest you to first check for hypothyroidism to see if the condition is being controlled adequately or if further thyroxine supplements are needed
If the current thyroid profile is normal, then try reducing weight as it will decrease breast size to some extent
If you still feel that the size is bothersome , then further treatment in the form of mammoplasty can be planned.
Next Steps
Check for thyroid profile and appropriate treatment of hypothyroidism if needed
Health Tips
If Thyroid profile is normal, weight reduction up to having a normal BMI.
If still bothersome breast size, plan for reduction mammoplasty after adequate investigations
