Heavy breathe in sleep
My daughter of 2years having difficulty to sleep with nose block. Heavy breathe with snore like sound. Should i use nebuliser or vaporiser. Please suggest if it can be lung infection

Nasoclear nasal drops..2 drops in each nostril.  4th hourly... Syrup. Leveta. M. 4ml once daily at night for 5 days
