Hello,
I am asking this question for my wife as she is Experiencing heavy bleeding in her periods after child birth. My child is about 8 months old and now she has been experincing heavy bleeding from yesterday. It is normal or should i visit a doctor.

No, it’s not normal and will require immediate treatment. Sudden heavy periods could be due to fibroids, endometriosis or missed abortion. Immediate treatment required. Dr Rupal (Senior Consultant Physician) Mumbai
