Heavy bleeding for 9th day..

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am married since 2017 july. We had sex on the 2nd day from the end of periods. 13th was my next period date. But i started to hav heavy spotting 4 days prior to 13th and on 15th bleeding started, its seems to be heavy bleeding till the date. When i checked up for pregnancy on 14th it was negative. I am really worried on seeing bleeding continuously for 9 days as this is for the first time. Is it a symptoms of pregnancy or is this a serious issue?
