Heavy bleeding during menstrual period

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My mother age 45 she has undergone ultrasound of uterus recently which shows uterus bulky in size and shows multiple well defined hypoechoic lesions 15-25mm with in the myometrium-suggestive of fibroids.
