Menstrual Bleeding lasting 45 days
Irregularities in period since a long time. Now the problem shifts from period doesn't show up for 3-6 months to suddenly having periods but not stopping. Other issues probably connected to the issue are too much acne and hair growth on face. Constipation and sometimes acidity. Thyroid and Anti Mullerian Hormone have come normal. Haemoglobin is 11. Uterus sonography came normal but there is a blood clot of 3.0*2.24 in left ovary. Doctor says that obesity has to be reduced and i agree with that part. But she remains silent on treating the cause at hand. I am suffering from trauma with the idea of having another unstoppable period. Dr. gave me one tab for endometriosis. Nothing else. Please help and advice me what should i do. Please advice if other reports are necessary for identification of the problem. Age:34 Weight: 138 Kg (Obesity) Height: 159 cms

You need medicines to reduce bleeding during periods as well as to help you lose weight. You will need to visit a gynecologist for that. Also, meet a dietician and have your diet charted. Start exercising. Follow it religiously. With medicines and lifestyle changes, you will definitely get better
