Heavy bleeding and bad pain in vagina

I have MRKH and never had period. I have been having sex atleast 2-3 times a week for around 3 months. Me and my boyfriend were having sex and on the end he went hard and I started bleeding very badly nonstop - I bled probably around under 1 litre of blood. My vagina was in so much pain for hours and I was feeling very weak and had passed out. The next day I was still bleeding abit and I'm worried if there's something wrong with me or if it was just damage done from intercouse and something had tore inside. Should I get checked out or should I just let it heal and not have intercouse.When I usually have sex I always bleed but not a lot.
