Hello i am 40 years old .my period start 10 nov and last 7 days .today again bleeding happened not heavy flow slightly bleeding. I have fibroid adenomyosis and pcos issues .I have pain near vagina and urethra region .what is cause all this problem

Bleeding is due to fibroid. The pain needs to be examined it could be due to fibroid or due to infection.
