Heavy Bleeding after using unwanted 72

Question

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have involved in sex without protection on 7 October next day on 8 October I have taken 2 ipill tablets one in the morning and other in the evening after taking tablet with in one hour heavy bleeding started now it 10 till now not yet stopped. Will it be stop or not or their is any issue related to pregnancy? Actually my periods need to start from 15 October will the periods started early ha due to iPill? This will causes any issues in future? Please help me doctor?
