Heaviness in head and eyes aftr wakin up

Dear dr. I am a hypertensive person my age is 33yrs.for last three months m taking medicines to control it. It is under control but when i wake in morning its feel like not slept well and heaviness in head.i used to tak liquor by evening. Kindly suggest me asap.
