Incidentally  a Heat Stroke is a Medical Emergency. It should be managed in a Hospital under the care of a team of Paramedical personnel and a Doctor. What you may be having is Heat Exhaustion. It can be managed at home. You should be in a cool room, preferably with an AC, good level of humidity . You should have an adequate amount of cool water. There should be cross ventilation. Medicine is indicated if you have a high fever.

Hii champ, do measure your temperature if having thermometer at home and inform, primary thing to do in case of heat exhaustion is to bring down your core temperature. Move to a Cooler Place: Get out of the heat immediately. Find a cool, shaded, or air-conditioned area. Agar AC nahi hai just spinkle water on your body and sleep under high standfan. Rehydrate: Drink cool water or a sports drink to replenish fluids and electrolytes. Avoid drinks with caffeine or alcohol. Cool Down: Apply cool, wet cloths to your skin, take a cool shower, or sit in a cool bath. Use fans or air conditioning if available. Rest: Lie down and rest in a comfortable position. Elevate your feet slightly if you feel faint. Monitor Symptoms: Keep an eye on your symptoms. If they do not improve within an hour, seek medical attention. Avoid Strenuous Activity: Refrain from vigorous activities until you have fully recovered and the heat has subsided. If symptoms not resolving, feel free to connect,  tc n stay healthy!
