Heat pricks on back side

Asked for Male, 60 Years

Dear Doctor's I have heat pricks in my back side.. It's look like kind of heat rash or I don't know what is that.. Last 4 days I used Mysore Santoor soap.. Please kindly take a look at the moment in attached picture.. It's look like a allergy for me I feel.. I hope.. Someone give better advice and suggestion for this hmm.. Best regards Pandiyan ms
