Heat bump & acne on face..

I m getting heat bumps on.my face from last 1.5 month which is getting converted into black spot after 2-4 days in this days i hve started doing exercises, started using face wash 2-3 times a day and ate ladoos made from sesame seeds.. suggest treatment to clear black spots frm face...
