Heat boil on my face please help me

I have heatboil on my face near my chin like 5 and on my cheek 2 and on my inner thighs before virgina 1 so I have this since 3 months now I had hormonal imbalance 1 month die to which I drank a lot of papaya juice and whine which is heat I got my periods for 2 months after that but my heat boil dint reduce I am scared it will spread on my face. Is his also called acne I don't know please help me
