They r not normal. Change life style diet plan drastically. Which gives you pain try to to avoid please. Omez d one in empty stomach for seven to ten days with least spicy no non veg, fast,junk, outside food. For nausea Emset 4 md one to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly nothing by mouth till 30 minutes once for nausea.
