Amylase and lipase issue
During diagnostic tests, after acute stomach pain experienced by my wife aged 60 years, the doctor had got the amylase and lipase tests done. The value of which have been detected as 51 unit ( amylase)and 111 unit (lipase).
Is this normal or indicates some clinical symptoms ? What precaution or treatment is warranted to avoid such pain ? Please advise. Regards

It may be mild pancreatitis go for usg abdomen and consult gastroenterologist
