Hello Sir, Chest or left arm pain along with breathing difficulty should never be ignored, even if it feels mild or you suspect it might be due to gas. While acidity or gas can sometimes cause similar symptoms, these signs can also be related to heart or lung issues, which need to be ruled out urgently. Since you are experiencing this at rest, I would strongly advise you to get checked by a doctor immediately — preferably in an emergency or with a cardiologist — to rule out any serious cause. I hope it helps you. For proper management and treatment, you can consult me, just go to my profile.
