Recently i've been having terrible anxiety relating to my heart. Like what if something bad might happen? Questions like that keep popping in my mind now and then and I'm always uncertain of things and am getting afraid of crowds or being in crowded situations or in a room filled with people that what if i faint and fall etc

Your suffering from a anxiety disorders which is very temporary. We call it as Panic disorders with agoraphobia. You may try NEXITO FORTE for best results. Along with this you need to start Yoga / exercise. After 15 days we will start CBT for future prevention.
