I once took counseling and doctor told me I have social anxiety. Recently from 3-4days I feel different kind of burden on my chest or increased heart rate I don't know what it is how to explain. Kind of feel difficult to wear mask when this happens suddenly. It happens mostly when I'm lying or sitting. Not much when I'm walking. I have not got covid yet. I'm fully vaccinated too. I want to know if it's anxiety symptoms or any other problems in my body. I'm fit overall just little stressed because of work pressure.

Physiological symptoms could be anxiety as well.. but just to rule out you can consult your general physician. And if physically you are ok then it could be stress related. Would suggest you meet a counselor...

Hi... The way you have explained it looks like simple panic/anxiety but since covid is also causing various neurological problems so it is always better to get yourself tested (RTPCR) to rule out Covid-19 as a cause.
Taking 1-2 Counselling Sessions do not mean anything. Unless you have undergone therapy for 3-4 months (15-20 sessions), you will not be able to see any changes in your condition. It is not allopathy. Therapy takes time but addresses the core issues from the root and doesn't believe in treating the symptoms.
Panic/anxiety response is basically a freeze response which is caused by a small part of our animal brain (dorsal raphe nuclei). It is primarily meant to help us survive an attack by a predator in a jungle setting, as lot of predators do not eat dead animals as their meal.
It is really strange to observe how such a primitive response (panic/anxiety) is getting triggered in a modern setting. This usually happens when we feel we won't be able to survive if....................... This or that happens.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions.
CBT will work well in your case.
