Hi
Your mother’s symptoms palpitations, dizziness, tinnitus, migraine, and anxiety may stem from both physical and psychological causes. Even with normal ECG, issues like thyroid imbalance, vitamin deficiency, or anxiety-related body reactions can cause these sensations. She should get thyroid, vitamin B12/D tests, and maybe a 24-hour Holter or ENT/neurology review. Alongside medication, CBT therapy and relaxation breathing can help break the anxiety–body cycle. Improvement comes gradually with consistent care.
