As the baby grows , it takes space in your body because of which the space for lungs to expand and stomach , urinary bladder reduces, because of which you feel breathless, full even when you ate little or bloated or nauseous, frequent urination. Etc These are normal changes during pregnancy. However, if it is causing you a lot of discomfort your gynaecologist can give you some medication and lifestyle advices to help you reduce these symptoms. The stomach will not be in a regular round shape as usually shown in movies. There will be a dip or curve depending on how the baby is positioned in your womb. You can get this checked at the gynaecologist . Kindly be in touch with your gynaecologist and get a physical check up done .

Hi dear I am a doctor and mother of two kids Palpitations occur as the blood volume increases. Which can lead to both feeling heavy and difficulty in breathing. I did not understand what u meant by saying bowel not having shape. For Body aches u need to take good nutrition and supplements because the requirement of ur body is increasing. If at all the palpitations are more then it's better to once go and get ur self examined to rule out any new disease or abnormality
