Sir/Madam Since one year I'm suffering from gastritis,I consult gastroenterologist,he referred pyschotrist. Then I consult him,he gave some medicines.he said anxiety. Since today my arm paining and burning until now.no injuries on my arm,when touch my arm feel more pain.why? Please advise

Psychosomatic symptom Body and mind are connected When mind is anxious body will reflect that anxiety in pain aches burns etc Not necessarily correlated with medicine So keep taking medicines and seek therapy too Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counselling online

In Psychosomatic Disorder is basically an extreme focus in physical symptoms such as pain or faitigue that causes major emotional distress and problems in functioning. Psychosomatic Disorder resulting from stress may include hypertension,gastric problems,migraine,tension,headaches,etc.

1. Try breathing exercises to cool yourself down.   2. Take a paper and pen and visualise when the anxiety or stress started. 3. Draw or write everything down-who all  were there, which place was it, what were you wearing and what happened. It will help you understand the cause of your anxiety.4. Try some some exercises to reduce your anxiety. 5. Don't search too much about Covid-19 or anxiety.
