Heart beat feeling during

On thyroid medication 75mcg
When I go to sleep at night and close my eyes i can feel my heart beat in my chest accompanied with sweating...as I open my eyes the heartbeats are normal.
And again as I try to sleep this happens again.
It takes about 2-3 hours after that I can fall asleep.
It has been happening for two nights.

Your BMI as at present is 34 . You should consult an Endocrinologist and also a Dietician. When your BMI is 23 or less all these symptoms will disappear. You have to lose at least 35 kg weight.
