Heart beat fast. and shortness of breath
I am 22 and i feel shortness of breath and my heart beat become loud.. but my pusle are around 60 to 90 and oxygen is also 90 to 100.. i am a health anxious person.. panicking too much... my middle chest feels pressure like feeling.. and i have cough too.. what is this? Is this a symbol of panick attack?
