i've noticed that when i sleep, or going to bed, i can hear my heart beat in my ear. it's like a whizzing sound and i'm 17 fit and used to have mastoiditis when i was younger. other than that everything ok not on medication

Most commonly occur in eutachian tube dysfunction/congestion.in case of vascular tumour in the middle ear may hear heart sounds.visit an ENT specialist for assessment.
