Heart attack anxiety
I have anxiety to do exercise or brisk walking due to fear of anxiety.. I am anxious because whether anxiety after brisk walking spike a heart rate to an alarming level and cause sudden cardiac arrest? Please tell whether is it okay to be anxious after exercise

Donot brisk walk at so much level that u get HR increase much Every moderate form of exercise will not cause you harm at all Start with normal walking, know yr body that I'm comfortable with this type, slowly increase, and your body will acclimatized to that form of exercise slowly and gradually

It's normal to have high heart rate during exercise. .the thumb rule is -maximum rate is based on your age, as subtracted from 220. So for a 50-year-old, maximum heart rate is 220 minus 50, or 170 beats per minute. Don't be anxious or fear for a cardiac arrest...get your basic cardiac tests done..if normal..go ahead and exercise
