Since 1 month daily 2-3 times in a day i hear my own voice loudly in my left ear while talking and after lying down it resolves or becomes less and also sometimes i am hearing my own voice like a mild whispering in my left ear while talking..the same things which i am talking i can hear it like a mild whispering so plz tell me what is this actually ? i am really confused and also tell me how to treat it? is there any treatment for this

This could be due either blockage at level of ear may be because of ear wax or could be due to eustachian tube blockage due to pressure change.
You should start steam inhalation
And visit nearby ENT to get urself examined physically
