Hearing lost
Hi, I had a flight 5 days ago and since then my right ear has been affected. it was painful throughout the flight for both ears but at the end something like air came out from the right one and not sure if it popped but it's like i can't hear anything from the right one. I can hear but to a MINIMUM level, it's like I can't hear. I'm a dj im super worried and can't see a doctor till february, how can I check it diy? on the same day ive been given decongestant pain relief from boots. Im 23 female

You seem to have developed otitic barotrauma because of pressure variations on high altitude. This produces severe vacuum in the middle ear and collection of fluid. Usually it will resolve spontaneously in a week with decongestant medicines and pressure equalization exercises.
