I am 31 year old, I am suffering from synus since childhood, I catch cold too fast, my hearing capacity is not 100%, I am not able to hear mobile ringing and some other low voices. What should I do

You need to consult with your ENT SURGEON. Get a ear microscopy done. Later get a audiometry done (complete hearing assessment).
