My boyfriend is experiencing hearing issues.
He’s undergone surgery before to have a T-piece fitted, which didn’t work. An incompetent doctor then pulled the t-piece out with pliers leaving a hole in the ear drum which has possibly made matters worse. There is constant thick, brown, smelly discharge from the ear, hearing loss but no pain or fever. There is some swelling in his glands and when he knocks on the back of that side of his head it feels hollow and echoes but the other side doesn’t.
