I've never had sex before but my stomach looks like its increasing in size ,it started from the left side and now its gone down to the vagina ,I'm also having too much gas ,im afraid thinking it might be pregnancy,...what could it really be?

Do you have pain associated with the abdominal distention? Do you have constipation or difficulty in urination? Passing gas suggests nothing unless the other two symptoms are seen along with it.
