Yes it is treatable if the degeneration is in active or pregression phase. If the damage had already to max... u need surgery. Otherwise a regular monitering with homoeopathic medicine with a deciplined follow up is needed. Detailed consultation is recommended.

Hello, thank you for sharing your concern so openly. I understand how worrying it can be to hear different opinions, especially when terms like retinal degeneration, vitreous degeneration, and lattice break are mentioned. It is natural to feel anxious when people say surgery is the only option. First, let me clarify one important point: Not every case of retinal or vitreous degeneration with lattice changes requires surgery. Many patients are advised only regular monitoring, unless there is active progression, retinal tear, or detachment. About homeopathic treatment Homeopathy works on a holistic and supportive level.structural repair is also seen it aims to: Support retinal and vitreous health Improve micro-circulation and tissue nutrition Reduce strain, discomfort, and progression risk Strengthen overall eye resilience and general health In my clinical experience, many patients with degenerative eye conditions have benefited from individualized homeopathic treatment, especially when managed  consistently. Each case is different, and treatment is tailored based on symptoms, eye findings, general health, stress levels, and lifestyle. It is important to understand that Homeopathy can be taken safely  with no side effects Treatment is aimed at stabilization, comfort, and long-term eye support, not suppression I have treated several patients with similar eye conditions, and many have shared their experiences publicly. You may check our Google reviews, where patients have written about their improvement and satisfaction with long-term homeopathic care for chronic conditions, including eye-related issues. I would recommend a detailed consultation, where your reports, symptoms, and current treatment can be reviewed properly. Based on that, a clear and honest plan can be discussed with you. The most important thing right now is to stop the progression of the condition. Once we are able to stabilize it, we can then work on supporting your eyes, reducing strain, and improving overall eye health. With careful homeopathic treatment, regular follow-up, and proper guidance, we aim to: - Prevent further degeneration and reduce the risk of complications - Support overall eye strength and health - Monitor your condition closely to decide the best next steps By focusing on stopping the progression first, we can protect your vision and give the best chance for long-term benefit. and with consistent treatment, we can work towards keeping your eyes healthier.
Health Tips
- Avoid excessive screen time and eye strain. - Take frequent breaks while reading or using digital devices. - Maintain a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables, especially leafy greens and foods with vitamins A, C, and E. - Keep blood pressure and blood sugar under control. - Protect your eyes from bright sunlight with sunglasses.

The 1st intention is to stop the further progress of the conditions. Then to improve and provide good quality vision.

Retinal and vitreous degeneration with lattice changes are sensitive eye conditions that require regular monitoring by a retinal specialist. Homeopathy may help in general health support but it cannot replace ophthalmic evaluation or procedures.
Next Steps
I would strongly advise continued follow up with an eye specialist to prevent complications such as retinal detachment. Do not delay.

Dear Sir, Thank you for sharing your condition. Retinal degeneration with vitreous degeneration and lattice break is a potentially vision-threatening condition. In such cases, timely ophthalmic intervention (laser or surgery, if advised) is the safest and most appropriate line of treatment to prevent serious complications like retinal detachment. I would like to state this clearly and honestly…homoeopathy cannot replace surgical or laser treatment where a structural retinal defect is present. Delaying indicated surgery can put vision at risk. Homoeopathy may be considered only as a supportive treatment after or alongside ophthalmic management, to help overall eye health, recovery, and general well-being, but not as an alternative to surgery in this condition. Therefore, I strongly advise you to follow the guidance of a qualified retina specialist without delay. Vision once lost cannot always be regained. Wishing you a safe and timely recovery. Warm regards, Dr Kiran Mate
Next Steps
After surgical or laser treatment, homoeopathy can be used as supportive care if required… so at that time you can consult me!
Health Tips
• Do not delay advised laser or surgical treatment if recommended by your retina specialist • Avoid heavy lifting, bending, jumping, or strenuous exercise, as these can increase vitreoretinal traction • Do not rub your eyes • Reduce prolonged screen time and take regular eye breaks • Maintain good sleep and hydration, which support eye health • Wear protective eyewear to avoid accidental eye trauma
