Your symptoms and lab findings suggest multiple correctable issues, not one serious disease.
1. Burning After Urination
Most commonly due to:
• Urinary tract infection (UTI) or mild urethral irritation
• Concentrated urine (low fluid intake)
• Less commonly: prostatitis or local inflammation
This symptom needs urine testing.
⸻
2. Varicocele Veins & Leg Pain
• Varicocele causes pelvic and testicular vein congestion, which can refer pain to legs or groin
• Vitamin D deficiency commonly causes leg pain, muscle aches, fatigue
• Poor circulation + deficiency = pain sensation
⸻
3. Low Vitamin D (4.5) – Severe Deficiency
This alone can cause:
• Muscle pain, weakness
• Bone discomfort
• Fatigue
• Mood changes
This is a major contributor to your leg pain and weakness.
⸻
4. Blood Sugar Average ~82
• This is normal, not low
• Stress, anxiety, or irregular meals can cause hypoglycemia-like symptoms even with normal sugar
⸻
5. Low MCHC + Abnormal RDW
This pattern usually indicates:
• Early iron deficiency or mixed nutritional deficiency
• Can cause fatigue, weakness, dizziness
Low monocytes are often temporary and not dangerous.
⸻
6. Bilirubin 1.8
If Liver enzymes (SGOT/SGPT/ALP) are normal:
• Most likely Gilbert’s syndrome (harmless, stress-related rise)
• Common and benign
Next Steps
Tests You Should Do (If Not Already Done)
• Urine routine & culture
• Serum ferritin & iron studies
• Repeat LFT with direct/indirect bilirubin
• Vitamin B12
• ESR/CRP if pain persists
Specialist Consultations
• Urologist → burning urine + varicocele
• Physician → nutritional deficiencies & labs
Health Tips
• Increase water intake (2.5–3 L/day)
• Start Vitamin D3 treatment urgently (doctor-guided)
• Do not ignore urinary burning
• Avoid prolonged standing if varicocele present
• Regular meals to prevent sugar dips
• Gentle leg stretching + sunlight exposure
Findings suggest UTI/prostatitis, vitamin D deficiency, possible iron-deficiency anemia, varicose vein–related leg pain, and mild bilirubin elevation (likely Gilbert’s if LFTs normal).
