Deficiency of vitamin d  and b12. Take tab vit. D3 20microgram one daily for 4 to 6 weeks. Tab mecodenz 5 2.4 microgram one daily for 4 to 6 weeks. Include sprouts, curds, cheese, nuts in your diet.

Vit d3 b12  low. Vitd3 Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months  a complete therapy by WHO. B12 Neurokind od one at night for 3 months after dinner. Yes it's very  good  that u think about  life style change. It's very important to change life style n diet plan drastically.
