Dear sir, am raju when chak bp i got fear anxtey and stress that time incress bp 160/90 doctor told to me high i told him dont know sir when cheak bp time fear so doctor told to ok anxtey incress bp it was normla,one week am anxtey got every time cheak bp requerly a 140/100.,134/98, 132/95, So after i walking from one week dayli 5 or 6 km walk, and i went to cosult physicist doctora i told him all issue they give some medication   a)petrill0.25mg morning and night for anxiety, fear treatment,taking lost 4day now now no any fear and anxiety better an am now walkinh 6km ane prnayama, now cheack bp 122/88, 2rd reading 117/87 as come My queation have bp, when i taken petrill tb my main is cool and normal not any fear and tension, when check bp not tension, and fear now reduce bp sir, so i dont have bp or anxtey got bp
