Metabolism rate is simply the rate at which your body consumes energy per day to carry out our daily activities and goals. Metabolism rate is dependent on several factors like age, weight, body type, food and activity. If metabolism rate is high it is good for health and can help us utilise energy from our food more effectively. But it’s relative, you can’t compare different peoples metabolism. You can however say if your own bodies metabolism is high or low. But coming to your question, you should increase your metabolism through workout and good eating habits and not through supplements. They affect your liver inversely and create more problems in the future. Thanks. Hope this helps!

The word metabolism can also refer to the sum of all chemical reactions that occur in living organisms, including digestion and the transport of substances into and between different cells. The higher your metabolism, the more calories you burn and the easier it is to maintain your weight .No need to go for market supplement for enhancing your metabolism.. There are many foods  which can improve your metabolism , like coffee, protein rich foods, peppers etc.
