Headache while standing
I was on hormonal therapy for 5 yrs. Undergone Histarectemy in February 2020...
Post op I am having too much inflammation and bloating in stomach and am getting severe headache throughout the day however subsides when I lay down . Standing makes the headache too worse . Have floaters in eyes and titinus in ears.

You need to see a endocrinologist preferably ...and a neurologist so that he can perform a through clinical.examination and decide for the cause of symptoms....headcahe and bloating can be related but not floaters ....so.get yourself examined ...and follow advice by those physicians
